BIKYNI was inspired by a desire to end the eternal search for a swimsuit. We create quality, minimalist swimwear that’s easy to shop for and easy to wear, without being overdesigned or overpriced. BIKYNI is the summer essential made simple.
We source our fabric in Italy from a mill that’s been knitting innovative, performance fabrics for over 50 years. All our fabric is made using an innovative process that regenerates nylon from rescued waste like ghost fishing nets and industrial plastic from landfills and oceans. This waste nylon is recycled into its original form and processed into our fabric.

We’ve also modernized the classics to bring you timeless pieces that will become swim closet staples. Each style has effortless appeal and we stay simple where we can – minimal hardware and clean lines – and are thoughtful with the details – seamless stitching and convertible styles to provide options.
We design and produce all our swimwear in Los Angeles, a short drive from our office, so we can closely monitor quality and ensure safe working conditions and fair wages are provided to our factory team.
Our Mix + Match allows you to explore and shop based on your style, color and size preferences. All of our pieces are sold separately to make sure you’re never confined to one size category.
Mix + Match
We offer free delivery so you can try on our swimwear comfortably at home. We always hope to make you happy with a BIKYNI, but if it doesn’t work out swimsuit returns are always on us. Non-swimwear items can be returned for a $10 fee.
