What does it cost to receive my order?
Nothing! First Class shipping through the U.S. Postal Service is always free. We also offer expedited shipping options using Priority and Express shipping through the U.S. Postal Service.
Please note, BIKYNI does not cover the cost of shipping for redelivery on packages returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address.
When will I receive my order?
We offer First Class, Priority and Express shipping through the US Postal Service. Orders placed before 3pm ET will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm ET will ship on Monday. We do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
For First Class service, orders are expected to arrive within 5-7 business days and 2-3 days for Priority shipping. If you choose Express shipping, most orders are delivered within 1-2 business days. Please note: the only shipping service guaranteed by USPS to be delivered within the listed time frame is Express shipping.
Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. All our orders ship from our Los Angeles office.
Can I get my order expedited?
Yes. If you need your order in a hurry, you can choose either the Priority or Express shipping options. Please note: the only shipping service guaranteed by USPS to be delivered within the listed time frame is Express shipping. If you absolutely need your order within a certain time frame we suggest selecting Express shipping at checkout.

We ship worldwide!
What does it cost to receive my order?
We charge a $30 flat-rate for Canada and a $60 flat-rate for the rest of the world. Customers are responsible for paying customs and duties. You can use this tool to help you estimate this amount.
When will I receive my order?
We use DHL Express for our international orders. Please note: DHL does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Orders placed before 3pm ET will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm will ship out on Monday. For Canada, orders should arrive within 1-2 business days. For the rest of the world, orders should arrive within 3-5 business days.
We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you have any questions, please email orders@bikyni.com and someone on our team will assist you.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
What’s your swimsuit return, exchange and refund policy?
We want to make sure you find the perfect BIKYNI.
• Exchanges are always free for domestic swimsuit orders.
• For returns, we deduct $7 from your refund to cover shipping and restocking.
• We only accept items in new condition (unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and hygiene strips) for a refund or exchange (stock permitting).
• You must request the return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order (or the date your tracking number shows your package was delivered).
• Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.
• Exchanges will be delivered to the original address provided.
• Items purchased on sale or discount cannot be returned or exchanged.
What’s your non-swimsuit return, exchange and refund policy?
• Returns and exchanges are $10 for non-swimwear items such as bags.
• We only accept items in new condition (unworn, unwashed and with all original tags) for a full refund or exchange (stock permitting).
• You must request the return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order (or the date your tracking number shows your package was delivered).
• Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.
• Exchanges will be delivered to the original address provided.
• Items purchased on sale or discount cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I set up a domestic return or exchange?
• Email returns@bikyni.com within 14 days of receiving your order (or the date your tracking number shows your package was delivered) to request a return or exchange. Please include your order number and a list of the items you'd like to return or exchange.
• Print the prepaid shipping label that will be emailed to you.
• Repackage the item(s) in their original packaging and include the completed Return + Exchange Form.
• Tape the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
• Drop the package off at your local post office and we’ll take it from there!
If you need your exchange in a hurry, we suggest placing a new order. Please note that all exchanges will be delivered to the original address provided. You can then send in the item(s) you wanted to exchange as a return request and we will process a refund.
Please allow three weeks for return or exchange processing. You'll receive an email as soon as your return or exchange has been processed.
WHAT ABOUT SETTING UP AN INTERNATIONAL RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
In order for us to process your international return or exchange, please repackage the item(s) in their original packaging and include the packing slip with the Return + Exchange Form filled out. You can send your return back to the address below using your preferred shipping service. We suggest using a courier that offers tracking services.
