Q: How should I care for my BIKYNI?

A: Your BIKYNI can go through a lot, but doesn't have to look like it has. To keep it in the best possible condition, rinse immediately after use in cool water – the colder the water the better – then lay it in the shade to dry. After a few wears, we suggest hand-washing in cool water using a mild detergent. Keep light and dark colors separate when wet as some items may bleed.

Rotate suits if you’re going to be wearing them on consecutive days, to let the fabric bounce back to its original shape. Finally, try to avoid dry cleaning, ironing, bleaching and rough surfaces.

For our new Watercolor print, the color may bleed for the first few washes, so we recommend washing separately and keeping any white strings away from the printed fabric when laying in the shade to dry.

Q: What is your price adjustment policy?

We’re unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion or discount was activated.

Q: The item I want is out of stock. When will it be available again?

A: If the item you want is sold out, you can enter your email address on the item’s product page to be added to our waitlist. We’ll send you an email to notify you when it’s back in stock, so you can get your hands on it as soon as it’s available again.
